The lead time for each piece is shown on its ring page. Once it is finished, it goes out by InPost.

I ship with InPost, so prices follow the InPost price list. If you would rather use a different courier, or want to collect your order in person in Warsaw, just write to me.

Yes — within Poland and across Europe. For anything further afield, text me and we will figure it out.

Every ARTarual piece is made by hand, specifically for you, and only after you place the order — that is why I do not accept returns. That said, I really do want you to be fully happy with what you get. If anything about the order feels off, or you have questions, just write to me — I always try to find the best solution. Handmade jewellery can differ slightly from the photos, and those small differences are exactly what gives each ring its own character.

If it turns out too small, I resize it once free of charge — you only pay postage one way. If it is too big, I cannot simply shrink it: that means taking the whole ring apart and starting again from scratch, so in that case we would talk about making a new piece instead.
